1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use Flow. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Remote CEO University LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. By using Flow, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services Provided

Flow is a software tool offered by Remote CEO University LLC that includes workflows, automations, CRM features, and related services designed for business management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

5. Payments & Billing

Access to Flow may be subscription-based. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing plan selected at the time of purchase.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for late or failed payments.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Flow for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without written consent.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, workflows, automations, designs, and technology in Flow are owned by Remote CEO University LLC or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Flow may integrate with third-party services (e.g., email providers, CRMs). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or practices of third-party services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or other business reasons. Upon termination, your right to use Flow will immediately end.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flow is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Flow will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote CEO University LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flow. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use Flow in the past six (6) months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remote CEO University LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of Flow or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Flow after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
